You know you are addicted to Facebook when you share every single detail of your life on Facebook (including what you had for breakfast, lunch and dinner). You know you are addicted when you are forever refreshing your news feed and even stalking people online. You know you are very, very addicted when you get depressed because your battery is low or your internet is bad and you can't go online.
Maybe you are not addicted, but you know someone who is addicted and it annoys you very much. I know what it feels like to be trying to 'hang out' with someone and instead they are just Facebooking the whole time! You should probably share this article with that person. No form of addiction is good because addiction means whatever you are addicted to is the one controlling you and even using you instead of the other way around.
In case you are still trying to decide whether or not you are addicted to Facebook, this article will bring you closer to knowing. If you already know you use too much Facebook and something needs to be done about that, I found the article below and I think it would really help.
