If you were to start asking around, you'll probably find that there is actually a large percentage of job-haters around you. Many people have to go to work everyday pretending to love it when in reality, they can't wait to move on! I've been there, I know how frustrating it is to go to work each day groaning internally and wondering how to meet the day's work goals, yet again. That's why I didn't feel bad when an interviewer once denied me a job because he didn't think it was a job I would enjoy doing - I totally agreed! I had applied out of necessity and lack of many other options.

Why do many people (probably you too) hate their jobs? There are so many reason, but these 10 are starters:

1. You are not allowed to be creative.

2. You don't like the boss.

3. You don't like the people - colleagues

4. You don't like or are uncomfortable with the work ethics or company policies.

5. No one listens to you.

6. Your schedule isn't flexible.

7. You find your work monotonous and boring.

8. You don't feel like you are making much of a differnce on the job.

9. It doean't tap into your talents.

10. You find yourself out of your comfort zone - you struggle to do the job, you feel like you are not well qualified or prepared for it.

So those are 10 reasons for the discomfort many people feel from their jobs. It might be hard to change jobs, but sometimes you just need to make the move.
