For The Love Of Food: Coconut Water + Sliced Fruits Equals...


The answer to the food arithmetic posed in the title is simply 'something amazing!' . You could call it fruit infused coconut water instead if you are particular about names though. The next time you crack fresh coconuts, rather than just drink the water plain, why not try this fruit infused version instead? 

It's really simply, just dice up your favorite fruits, almost any fruits will do, put them in a glass cup or mason jar, pour coconut water over it and let it sit in the fridge for a while. When it's nicely chilled, take it out and stick a straw in it, hmmmnnn.... divine! You can even have coconut dices in the mix too. You could also skip refrigerating and use flavored ice cubes to fast track flavored chilling.


The flavors will have gotten all mixed up and by the time you are chewing each fruit, it will be simply wow! You really need to try this out, best part is that it's totally natural, excitingly tasty and absolutely healthy!

Note: If you don't have fresh coconut water handy, you can check supermarkets close to you for packaged coconut water. You have no excuse not to try this out!
