If this guy doesn't make you laugh, I don't know what will. For starters, this guy named Courtney Barnes has green hair - a ponytail for that matter, and green nails (Courtney has outdone Denrele Edun by far!) And just wait until you hear him speak! In this video, he was describing his eyewitness account of an accident. Maybe Courtney wants to be the next Caitlyn Jenner. But one thing is sure - his performance was classic comic relief!
