This Is How To Get The Best Taste Out Of Fruits And Fruit Salads
What I am about to say may sound rather unconventional to you, but you need to try it to believe it. Here goes: to improve the flavour of your fruits/fruit salads (plus reduce the bitterness of unripe or bitter fruits), add a pinch of salt to it!
Yeah, salt. I told you it may sound unconventional, but this is advice straight from the top chefs. Please note that the salt must not be too much, if you can actually taste salt in the fruit, then you have added too much. It should be just enough to make the fruit's flavour 'pop'!
Extra Tip: This tip works excellently with watermelon, plus if you happen to have some sea salt lying around rather than the regular iodized salt, then that's even better.
