I don't know why the general assumption is that only women like to dress up or only women should spend quality time, money and effort to look good. On the contrary, many men do invest a lot in their dressing and grooming (and more men should!) You have to admit that a well dressed man with perfect grooming is always a sight for sore eyes. They radiate confidence and charm, you can't help but want to listen to what they have to say (and hope that the content is as good as the packaging. Lol)
