Have You Ever Wondered How To Turn Off Those Annoying Game Requests On Facebook? Here's How!

I bet you have experienced those annoying "XYZ invited you to play candy crush saga" notifications on Facebook at one time or the other. You probably still got one of such invitations on your wall recently. Apologies to Candy Crush saga, it's not the only one I get invited to play, but it's the most frequent and it's so annoying; I mean, it just keeps happening all the time, arggghhh!. Anyway, you never have to get those notifications anymore if you don't want to, just follow these procedures:

Step 1: Select 'settings and then select 'account settings'

Step 2: select 'apps'

Step 3: Select 'Platform'

Step 4:  Select 'Turn Off platform'

The above set of procedures only apply if you are effecting the change from a mobile device. If you are using a computer, here's how to do it

Step 1: Click on the arrow at the top right of the screen, from the drop down menu, click 'settings'

Step 2: Click 'apps'

Step 3: Under the 'Apps, websites and plugins' option, Click 'Edit'

Step 4: Click 'disable platform'

And vóila! You will not get any game invites again. Easy as you please.
