When you read this funny list, you will agree that these things are some of the weirdies that make Nigeria fun in a weird way. No wonder the folks abroad miss home, you don't find these things any where else!
It is only in Nigeria (or only Nigerians) that you will:
1. Name twins ‘Praise’ and ‘Worship’ (I have even seen twins named 'copy' and 'paste'!).
2. Withdraw money from an ATM and count the money before leaving the ATM.
3. Blast horns for traffic lights to change from red to green.
4. Find fish inside MEATpie!
5. Find pharmacy stores selling puff puff, recharge cards, soft drinks, chin chin, etc.
6. Vehicles are forced to slow down on the express way for people crossing right underneath pedestrian bridges.
7. NEPA takes light whenever it rains and keeps it off after the rain stops claiming to be ‘drying the wires’.
8. You will use salt water to bathe by 6am in the morning to cure Ebola.
9. People use the popular slang ‘eh hen’ to mean up to 10 different things.
10. In Nollywood movies, ghosts look right and left before crossing the road.
11. Okada can carry an entire family of 7! Infact, Okada can carry anything! Even bicycle can carry anything.
12. NEPA office runs on generator.
