Are You In The Mood For Something Fluffy And Sweet?


If you are in the mood for something deep-fried, fluffy and sweet, then these sugar-egg puffs by Make food Eat food will hit the spot. These puffs are different from your regular puff puff or buns, they are some kind of interesting cross that you won't find on the streets. You don't even need yeast or baking powder. The eggs are all the raising agent needed. Lets not waste more talk, this is how to quickly make this inviting looking snacks.

Ingredients you'll need:

1. 1/2 cup of water


2. 1 tablespoon of sugar


3. 1 tablespoon of butter


4. 1/2 cup of flour


2. 2 medium sized eggs (or 1 large egg could do)


How To Make: 

1. Bring water, sugar and butter o a boil over medium heat. Stir to make sure sugar mixes in well.


2. Turn off the heat and stir in all the flour



3. Slowly mix in the beaten eggs, don't pour all of it in at once. You'll need to mix very well to make sure the mixture doesn't get lumpy/clumpy.


4. It should look like this by the time you are done. No lumps.


5. Now it's time to fry it just like you are frying Nigerian puff puff or buns




6. If you want, you can coat them in sugar.


7. Serve/eat them hot!
